David Henry Hwang told me he feels ''confident'' that ''Soft Power'' is going to NYC, and ''there's more work'' he wants to do on it. I'd also assume that they want Conrad Ricamora back, so they'd have to work around his hiatus from ''How to Get Away With Murder.''
