| Didn't want to post in discussion below because it's so off topic. But one of the most peculiar and endearing things about the Disney musical's location in London is that it is right next door to "G-A-Y Bar", a multilevel disco and drag gay bar. So you will see drag queens and party boys getting all twisted up with moms and little kids as they all try to squeeze their way into the neighboring entrances on Old Compton Street. One of the many things that still makes the West End a more entertaining place to visit than Broadway, even as the theatrical fare in both towns continues to consolidate into the same processed goop. |
