Nothing mentioned below seems wrong to me but to be clear there is only one AEA contract. It specifies certain riders, such as term riders, and contemplates alternate notice periods, but there is no prohibition on negotiating additional riders or provisions 1 on 1 so long as they do not violate the production contract (or some law or regulation obviously).
