So in a "run of the play" contract, does the salary remain the same as it was at signing? Or does it have to rise with the AEA minimums?

Would a standby for a principle be allowed to be on a pink contract?

Had Mr. Loefffelholtz ever officially taken over the role?

Is "just cause" something that is very hard to prove? Was this the same situation as PHANTOM had when it replaced the two actors playing the theatre owners? (Was it George Lee Andrews and someone else?)I remember there being some articles about these two guys being "unfairly' let go. But of course after fifteen or twenty years playing the role, they were of a different generation than they were at hiring, not to mention prone to various aging-related issues. (I'm not saying that they were, but surely it was a possibility.)
