| I think it is unlikely he could be found in breach of his contract, but I have not looked at the contract. Perhaps there is a criminal law that would cover this. But absent those, I think if he becomes persona non grata in this community, and if this becomes his lasting legacy, that's a pretty substantial punishment for someone like him. (He could also be sued civilly by the family.) [And all of these things are preceded by an "if."] |
