Count me in as also being rather blown away the first time (saw it opening day at the Ziegfeld--sob) and less than thrilled when I saw it again on TV. This movie almost demands to be seen on a big screen. On TV its many weaknesses--overedited, thin story, Leguizamo--are curiously magnified.
The set is indeed impressive. |
