Wow -- way to immediately jump to the negative and assume that he was lying. I hope that made you feel good about yourself.

Kazee DID leave Pretty Woman because his father's house burned down, and he needed to be on the ground to help his father. Doing so meant he would have to miss significant rehearsal commitments, which is why he had to leave. He's also someone who still needs to work. Do you think that caring for his father means doing nothing else 24/7?

The man has had a rough couple years with the death of his mother, a potentially career-ending vocal injury and a fire that he said on Twitter "resulted in a total loss of home and all possessions." Click the link if you don't believe it.

And to your point, maybe he needed the money from the Lifetime film; 22 days of work, very nice salary. The business of acting is rough. A corporate produced film, rather than an indie, can pay bills and provide needed benefits, like health insurance. Health insurance is no easier for actors.

Making is a living isn't any easier after Tonys and other awards. The awards don't spew $20 bills like an ATM.
