This is very tragic, and I hope something comes from the investigation. My heart is breaking for Loeffelholz, his partner, and his family. If Bobbie and Stifelamn wanted him out of the show for monetary reasons, there are kind ways of going about it. I hope they never get work again.
My question is, why would Bobbie or Stifelman want him out of the show? Do they have a financial stake? Is it possible someone higher up put them up to it? It's seem like when you have a show with no/minimal sets and costumes, one expensive contract shouldn't make a difference. It's nice to see Playbill finally covering this story, and I hope they continue to shine a spotlight. |
