| Linking my recent post partly on The Addams Family. Really, it's the television show that was the source. I'm not an expert on Charles Addams so I can't be very specific, but I think that if there had been no television series, any musical inspired by Addams's cartoons would have had to invent a great deal from scratch (staring with character names) and probably would have come up with different choices. |
