| He's been wrong many times. But this time he was spectacularly wrong. Finding fault with everyone but his beloved diva Chenoweth and completely failing to find the appeal of the show, regardless of whether he liked it or not. WICKED launched the vogue for the tweenage girl show, the fantasy musical and turned Menzel into a star. Brantley must have been facing the back wall of the theatre while all this was happening.
