| The Longacre has only nine seats more than the Cort (1091 vs. 1082). But the balcony in the Longacre is a no man's land. J |

| Is the balcony at the Cort much better? I've only sat in the mezz at the Longacre, but it felt closer to the action that the balcony at the Cort (which I've sat in a lot... for a so-called undesirable theater, I'm surprised to realize that I've possibly seen more shows in that theater than any other Broadway venue). |

| I've sat upstairs at the Longacre. I don't remember if it was the mezzanine or the balcony, but there were some obtrusive poles up there. | |
