| I adore Karen Olivo. I think she's the most exciting musical theater performer working today, and I'm thrilled she's returning to Broadway. I never liked the idea of casting her opposite Aaron Tveit, as much as I like and admire his work. I just don't see them as a good match. For Mouln Rouge I would rather see her opposite Andy Karl, Steve Kazee, or even Benjamin Walker. I agree that Santino Fontana would also be an excellent choice. Obviously neither Andy nor Steve are available. Just dreaming. Wishing Moulin Rouge a lot success nonetheless. |
