I feel for everyone who works at CHICAGO and is afraid to speak up about the working environment. These people are the best of the best and working at the top of their fields. There really isn't anywhere they could go in the business to earn as much or more money then they are currently doing. If they were to lose their jobs and, heaven forbid, get blackballed from the industry for speaking the truth, it could destroy their lives.

But, just like with the #metoo movement, nothing is ever going to change unless people are brave enough to come forward and speak truth.

I imagine that, if someone was fired and/or blackballed for speaking their truth, it would be very difficult to prove and very difficult for that person to sue for recompense.
