This is the only place I have seen them in NYC now that The Colony is closed. However I think they are down to only vocal selections (in the front). They used to have full scores in the back but they are gone. Maybe they can order?
On a side note, is there a good one stop source to look for FULL SCORES on line? I am particularly curious about newer shows. Back when I used to browse these all the time I can't remember seeing anything newer than Floyd Collins. And thinking it was a big deal that they had given the full score treatment to The Secret Garden and City of Angels. I always wished they had done Kiss of the Spiderwoman, there being some precedent in that Cabaret was released. I'd also love Light in the Piazza and Aspects of Love. The only ones I own are Follies, Sweeney, Sunday, and Passion. It seems the Sondheim scores have always been available in full score format, which I am so grateful for. |
