see what I wrote above. If I am not misreading this sounds like something Rudin might have proposed. Without the benefit of hindsight, it was not clear to anyone this was going to do this well.
if the wilder estate gets anything, it would be pursuant to an agreement between Herman and Stewart and the estate. I assume that there was such an agreement from the get go. (In fact it is inconceivable there was not.) |
