No, as I read it, the 20% is in lieu of the 6%. There is then 10% of net profit post-recoupment (and that is over and above but note that the 10% is net of the capitalization whereas the 20% is not).
The Hamilton number in the Times may (a) have been a guess or (b) based on the offering papers. The $736k number is presumably based on what the investor/sources disclosed from the financial statements post hoc. So I wouldn't say it doesn't make sense. It's important to remember (as I know you know) that the nut is not fixed, either week to week or over time. |
