I noticed in the recent TV drama "Feud: Bette and Joan" that Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon had alternating first billing in each episode.
There's also the famous Ethel Merman-Jimmy Durante billing for "Red Hot and Blue" with criss-crossed names (see link).
