I don't think there is any real rule about it. It is sometimes interesting to see how this is handled in movies. Sometimes you'll see the "and" at the beginning. Then at the end when they have the final crawl sometimes they'll insert the person in third place or so sometimes they'll just keep it in the same order as was listed at the beginnings, sometimes they'll still keep the "and"
It is all highly negotiated and variable. |
