On Terms of Endearment Debra Winger got first billing in all the advertising and posters. Shirley MacLaine got top billing on the film itself.
How did it work with Midler and Long? Were there two different prints of the film or do you just mean Long got top billing in ads west of the Mississippi etc.
(Long must have been a stickler. On Cheers they do that thing where Ted Danson is lower on the right but Long is higher on the left. ) |
