| Their billing had nothing to do with the roles, it was about contracts. At the start, Kristin was the bigger star (and was earning three times as much as week as Idina) so that's why they staggered the billing. I'm guessing the idea came from Marc Platt, because they do it film on occasion. When Idina won the Tony, the bumped up her salary, I believe to match Kristin's, but kept the billing as is. |
