| I was surprised there was no curtain speech, given how much Bette played to the audience. Some shtick went on a little too long for my tastes but I was very glad to experience the closing show. Best comment was from a woman in front of me who said "This was awesome! I am definitely coming back to see it again". The gent next to her told her it was closing night--she was quite surprised to hear that news. Farewell to a great production! |
