I agree that some of the Billis character is written very broadly and is only slightly amusing to my taste. Toward the end, the tone of the movie was similar to that of a silly 1950s television sitcom.
The color filters are just as awful on the big screen and the underwater swimming/kissing scenes with Liat and Cable were laughable.
What can I say? I loved it! |
