LOL, well I guess there must be many more real life Mendy's in the world than I thought. ( and where i live, most of the time, there is not much rain though quite a few trains).
It just never occurred to me to track the timing of applause during a performance. My loss.
I guess all I can say is , though I do not profess to be an expert on the subject, there was no shocking lack of satin in terms of audience enthusiasm for Midler's and Peter's final march down those stairs. :) |
