| I fully understand the sentiment you're expressing but perhaps it is important to say that the reason is not content (or politics) per se but the demographics of the readership of that content. The typical Voice reader enjoys the explosion of content (whether culture, progressive politics, or anything else) whereas the typical Enquirer reader does not. As I have noted on other occasions, for the person interested in media related to the theatre, the amount of content available (and readily so) is greater than at any time in history. |
