| I guess I don't remember that email. But I have to say the Atlantic production (after I had already seen the NT Live version) was one of my favorite productions of the year. I don't know how I would have felt about it without Johnny Flynn, though, who gave one of the scariest performances I've seen on stage. And though McDonagh apparently said it may be his most shocking, I thought it might be his most mainstream and that it would do well on Broadway. |
