I saw Terra MacLeod when she did the tour stop in DC last year (in which Brandy stepped in for a 2-week stint). She was absolutely terrific. I've been seeing this show since the late 90s, and she was easily in my top 3 (with Bebe and Ute). She was a real dancer but also captured the wryness of the character perfectly.
