I had read about Geoffrey Owens elsewhere, but this is the first story I've seen that mentions his work on Broadway.

In fact, Owens has been on the Great White Way in 4 different shows, and they've all been in Shakespearean revivals.

Most recently, as Prince Escalus in ''Romeo & Juliet'' (2013), starring Orlando Bloom and Condola Rashad.

Owens also did three shows in rep on Broadway: ''Macbeth,'' ''As You Like It'' and ''Romeo & Juliet'' (1986-87).

Though Fox News has been pushing his job-shaming, it's nice to see fellow actors, of all political stripes, support Owens.

Even one Fox anchor, Laura Ingraham, came to his defense: ''He’s working and there is pride in every job! Good for him!''
