I saw Seared on what seemed to be some sort of opening night. Theater was packed with overly-enthusiastic guests which I found irritating.
I saw four shows that weekend (Lempicka, The Waves at Vassar, and Moulin Rouge in Boston), and that one was my only disappointment. I didn't think the play had anything to say.
I'm 0 for 3 with her plays (I didn't care for Mauritius or Seminar), but, even though I didn't renew my Roundabout subscription, I bought a cheap ticket to this. |
