I saw Kevin Hart 2-3 years ago in Miami at American Airlines Arena. He had the same policy of no phones/devices, and there were plenty of warnings posted, announcements, etc. I think it was even printed on our tickets. Sure enough, someone in my section had their phone out early on, and security quickly came over and escorted him out. He tried to argue about it but got nowhere. I was impressed.
