Today was supposed to be AMEX pre sale, but it is no longer listed. Anyone know why?

According to the other board, customer service says it will be loaded in by 10am. It was up for a while yesterday with a $399 top price, but then came down. Lends fuel to the conspiracy theory that it's switching to the Belasco.
