| NO SPOILERS. Three friends saw one of the West Coast screenings at the DGA and loved it. One, hard to please, admitted it won her over almost immediately. The Shaiman score is said to be in the Sherman brothers tradition, the biggest question I had. One friend said it’s gorgeous and old fashioned, as MGM as Disney. Since the first trailer, hopes have been high. Mine included. |

| So happy to hear this - there was so much talk about problems and reshoots etc. months ago but hadn't hear as much recently. I want to like this so badly! | |

| My friend did say that it is considerably darker in tone (more like Travers' original books) than the first movie. Laura |
