| I had an unavoidable exchange to make because of an unexpected situation predicated by health issues. I had to call back more than once, and took a lot of time with each customer service representative I spoke to. They helped me make the best exchange possible and in no way indicated that they minded how much time it took (or that I had to hang up and call back again). Really an outstanding experience, and this close to Thanksgiving, I feel it's incumbent on me to say so. |

| I’m feeling good about Telecharge these days too. Finally got my King LEAR ticket reassignment this weekend ... to a much better seat. I’m very pleased. | |

| I have a conflict for To Kill a Mockingbird in two weeks but checking for a member ticket online, it seems the only tickets available are on the sides of the orchestra further back for dates in January. I wonder how far I have to go into the run to get better seats. | |

| If it helps you, lowwriter, I finally settled on late April to get a (single) seat that is comparable-----ish. My first option might still have been better, but the second will be more than fine. And I was supposed to see it next week. | |

| I worked at Telecharge for a few months last year and liked the fellow employees a lot. Unfortunately they only needed me for the holiday season. | |

| I tried to make an even exchange for The Cher Show. Ticketmaster said they would do it for a $10 exchange fee but they had to get permission from The Neil Simon Theatre / The Cher Show. 4 Hours later they told me The Neil Simon Theatre / The Cher Show said no to the exchange. No exchanges. No refunds. They then suggested I 1) Give away the ticket to a friend. 2) Sell it on Ticketmaster with a 30% price increase on a not sold out performance. |

| Ditto to Telecharge and ditto to Ticketmaster. Just recently had an exchange issue with Telecharge, and they couldn't have been more helpful. On the other hand, Ticketmaster didn't inform me of a cancelled performance. Got to the dark theater, called TM, and they really couldn't care less. Didn't concern them in the least that I'd booked an extra night at a hotel just for the performance. | |
