I saw enough productions of Lear and decided no more. To me lately where ever I travel to Lear is playing either in a theatre ( London constantly ) or on cable tv. My first was Lee J. Cobb at the Beaumont theatre in the late 60's.

I love the different takes on KING LEAR. I think I've seen sixteen, including live and filmed versions. The unfolding of the family dynamics (both Lear's and Gloucester's) is fascinating. Laura
