| Ditto to Telecharge and ditto to Ticketmaster. Just recently had an exchange issue with Telecharge, and they couldn't have been more helpful. On the other hand, Ticketmaster didn't inform me of a cancelled performance. Got to the dark theater, called TM, and they really couldn't care less. Didn't concern them in the least that I'd booked an extra night at a hotel just for the performance. |
