Question for anyone who has seen Network in London and B'way

For anyone who saw both productions of NETWORK: SPOILER:

Did the London production also have the coda of the swearing in of US presidents? On Saturday night, it was exciting to hear the ear piercing roar of cheers when Obama's swearing in appeared and the equally loud roar of boos when Trump's swearing in was shown. It appeared that these responses were felt by every member of the audience. Was this coda in the UK production and, if so, was the response similar to what I experienced on Saturday?

The London production included that montage. At the performance I saw - a very late preview - the response was a more subdued version of what you describe.

During the Trump swearing in, a couple in the box seats closest to the stage applauded very vociferously, looking down at the orchestra looking a little pissed off.

I didn't see this in London I had tickets to something else, but my cousin did, but she actually told me about it SPECIFICALLY because she was so SURPRISED by the reaction, which was much like you describe. Massive cheers at Obama's swearing in and deafening boos at Trump's.
