and as I point out above, Cher is likewise not wholly narrated (not even close). Hyperbole seems to be the literary device of choice for describing narration around here. We went through something similar with Hamilton.

yes. I understand hyperbole and exaggeration for effect, but usually it backfires, so I try to avoid it :-)
