I assume it was not ready yet for a production and so mcc had to find substitute shows. Maybe that wasn’t the reason.

They did a benefit reading of it in Sept 2016 with Paul Rudd, Amber Tamblyn, Norbert Leo Butz & Jennifer Mudge
