If you want to hear the definitive version of "Take Care of This House," I'd recommend Patricia Routledge's recording on "An Evening with Alan Jay Lerner," recorded live at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, on June 7, 1987. It does not include however the introductory verse that bmc refers to below.
