| The Public is having a rough fall. They've finally gotten a replacement actor for Eve's Song so that they won't have to cancel any more of those performances, but now Wild Goose Dreams was cancelled tonight. Due to actor injury, apparently. | |

| No great loss to any ticket holders. I saw the matinee yesterday and can’t remember the last time I looked at my watch so often. | |

| Don't know about this production but when I saw it at the Public a year or so ago("in development" or some such terminology)with Sandra Oh, it was definitely not boring. May not have been the most gripping play I've ever seen but God knows I've "looked at my watch" much more since. In any event, I don't know what her availability was for this run but I very much hope Ms. Oh is back onstage in something before too long. She was/is tremendous. |

| Did Sandra Oh play the female lead (the North Korean defector)? She is a compelling actress and very good on stage, but I found both of the central roles in the play underdeveloped. |

| Yes, she played the lead. It's too long now for me to recall if I might have shared your thoughts about both central roles being underdeveloped but I very much remember that Ms. Oh made up easily for any deficiencies in the writing. | |

| I wasn’t bored but the play needed severe cutting and I found myself frustrated by the end. The two leads were very good. The set is fu. | |
