The best ''Oklahoma!'' I've ever seen was the Arena Stage's 2010 multiracial revival, down in D.C.

Molly Smith directed it in the round, and there was buzz that it might head to Broadway (and maybe to Circle in the Square).

The wonderful cast was headed by Eleasha Gamble and Nicholas Rodriguez, who won a Helen Hayes Award for his incredible Curly.

This ''Oklahoma!'' (about making a home in a brand-new state) was such an exuberant celebration of America's diversity and terrific talent.
