I can't speak to Williams' performance in Spiderwoman, but I did see Chita. Chita was, as others have said, magical in that role.
In fact, the reason I didn't see Williams is because so soon after seeing Chita, I had no interest in seeing another actress in the part.
Now, of course, I would love for this to be revived. I think Karen Olivo and Lin Manuel Miranda would be brilliant leads. |
