| I, too, saw them both. As beautiful as Vanessa Williams was/is, she cannot command a stage the way Chita does. She did bring in a whole different audience, which was terrific. But she has none of the depth or power that Chita brings to the stage. I felt the same way about Ms. Williams in "Into the Woods", pretty but no real depth. |
