| Thanks. I honestly have heard quite a bit of negative (as well as some positive) word of mouth from friends who've seen the show recently, despite the rave reviews from the NY TIMES for both the Off-Broadway and Broadway productions, and several other very positive reviews elsewhere -- along with some negative reviews. So, I do think MIXED word of mouth (as I said) is absolutely another contributing factor to the early closing of the Broadway transfer, even if you and other people disagree with my specific objections to the show in terms of direction and casting. |
