Bonnie Scott and Michele Lee were both in a short-lived 1960 revue called Vintage '60. She left How to Succeed on maternity leave. She was supposed to come back to the show, but she never did.
A fair number of replacements have appeared in film versions of Broadway shows. Maybe I'll post a list of some of them later. In How to Succeed, there's also Maureen Arthur, who had first played Hedy on tour and then played it on Broadway for a while.
