| Saw this Lynn Nottage revival yesterday afternoon and it was wonderful! The whole cast is fantastic, but special kudos to the brilliant lead Cherise Boothe who takes us all on a journey of self discovery after being deceived by her gold digger husband Ian Lassiter (also heartwarming as the regular guy she meets in group therapy-the whole cast plays multiple parts except for Ms Boothe)-it's been extended so do try to see it-easily one of the best of the season! |
