It's true that I haven't listened to all of that one, but I've listened to some of it. I think I could get through that one if I tried. :)
Christine at least flopped. It's so hard to imagine how 10 months of audiences went to Here's Love, and then it toured. Obviously, it had a big advance, but it just sounds so awful on the cast recording, and the advance alone would not have kept it going that long. I guess people really wanted to see that movie onstage, or it was perceived as a family show, or something. Maybe it played better than it sounds on the recording. |
