| Clancy, the link works! Thank you for posting it. Teachout seems to be making a point of staying away from Broadway, although it seems that other lists mention less Broadway than usual. | |

| Maybe it's just that there isn't a lot of great Broadway this year.... I appreciate that he covers the area. One of the greatest performances I ever saw was Elizabeth Ashley in Sweet Bird Of Youth at the Shakespeare Theatre in DC. There really IS a WORLD of theatre out there and nice that it is appreciated. |

| I think it’s admirable that Terry uses his position to write about regional theater, but I don’t think he actually covers the breadth and depth of the regional scene as much as he claims to. He has reviewed productions in the city where I live on occasion, but he’s never ventured beyond the one or two largest, most established theaters in town. | |
