i heard people say, "I can't believe she did this again," and "I guess I'll never watch her show again."
Of course, these are likely temporary reactions to feeling disappointed.
That said, in all my years of living, I've never heard anyone blaming an actor like that if he/she's sick.
Again, all I ask (and the artist should ask) is that the theatre company just say the words "She is ill." It would stop all focused anger at once. |
