I can't tell you how much of it takes place there, but George M. Cohan's George Washington, Jr. takes places partly in Rhode Island.
If you can count revues, Inside U. S. A. includes sequences in Wyoming and Kentucky, as well as sequences in a bunch of other states for which answers have already been given below.
