| Someone (was it Kelly Bishop?) said a problem with the movie was that it seemed like a lot of hopeful beginners, and I do think they “look” too fresh. These people are meant to be thoroughly professional troupers, survivors even. It’s not a beauty contest. But in the movie, they seem too glossy to me. |
